We love babes. That’s why we’re all here, right?

But while we worship the bodies beautiful of Pamela and Scarlett  and Abigail and Britney and Shakira and Naomi and all the others we adore on a daily basis, let’s not forget those who made it all possible. Those stunning beauties of yesteryear who made the mould and were the sirens, goddesses and pin-ups of their day who effectively invented the “babe” concept so dear to our hearts.

So it’s a very great honour and privilege for babe100 to proudly present LEGENDS – a tribute to the never-to-be-forgotten classic babes who made their mark as pioneers of babeworld with a saucy, sassy style for which we should all be eternally grateful.

It was the one and only Brigitte Bardot, the ultimate French kitten, whose affectionate nickname “bebe” originally gave rise to the term babe, so it’s only right we honour her and the others whose provocative pouts and wiggly curves now stand as vital landmarks in the history of female gorgeousness.

We bring you the ultimate blonde Jean Harlow…the object of wartime fantasies, Betty Grable…the unforgettable, iconic, tragic Marilyn Monroe…the real Gilda, Rita Hayworth.

These, sadly, are no longer with us but we are still blessed with the presence of living babe legends like luscious Latino Sophia Loren; the elegant, simmering, sophisticated French  stunner Catherine Deneuve; and of course Bardot herself, whose very name still brings some more mature babeluvers to their knees in gratitude for her existence.

It’s right and proper that we give these wonderful, heroic icons of the past due respect, admiration and gratitude.

Let’s pay tribute to the all-time great legends of babehood…
